Super Dad tried to make it look as much as Phoebe as possible and added a Phillies hat. World Champs!
Phoebe changed her mind every day leading up to Halloween about what she wanted to be. A few days before, she finally decided she wanted to be a mermaid and the Lady of the House whipped up this costume.
