Delta Fair

A painting Phoebe did at school was chosen to be at the fair.  It didn't win the blue ribbon, but it was a good excuse to go to the fair.  Phoebe and her multicolored dog:

The pig race guy picked Phoebe from the crowd and asked her a bunch of silly questions.
