Halloween

A neighbor's sign pointed out that the countdown was over and it was finally time for some trick or treating.
 

Pippi Longstocking and a FedEx airplane.  The kids thought up and made their costumes.  Phoebe has been pretty obsessed with Pippi for a while now.  Not sure where Frankie's idea came from, but you can't live in Memphis without looking up and seeing a FedEx plane.

The Lady of the House dressed up as Amelia Earhart.  We trick or treated for a while around the neighborhood and stopped at a neighbor's annual Halloween party for bowls of chili.  Then we split up so the kids could keep going while one of us went back to give out candy.
