Odds and Sods

Here are a bunch of photos from the past few months that never seemed to fit in anywhere else, but that we didn't want to let go unseen.

Phoebe ringing the bell on her b-day at school.

Phoebe playing hooky with Superdad at a Tigers game. You can tell by the look on her face that the game wasn't a pot-boiler.

Cold and on the way back to the car.

At the Fire Museum for a friend's birthday party.

With Aunt Joby.

Frankie gets a hair cut and Phoebe holds the mirror.

For the past 6 months or so, all Frankie wants to do is jump on Phoebe's bed.

Phoebe sewed Frankie this stuffed guitar.

Valentine's Day - we only ate heart shaped food.

Frankie on the slide this weekend with a fresh spring-time buzz. Easy Rider!

Some interesting recent artwork from the back of the kitchen door. This questionable piece shows food on Phoebe's tongue. Not sure how long this one will stay up...

Here's a detail from an odd little collage Frankie made at school. The photo caption speaks for itself. Needless to say, Frankie has a new nickname.

Another Phoebe creation. The teacher will ask the kids what a picture is about and then write the answer on the picture. This caption, between the smiling apple and the irritated orange, says "The brother tricked the girl and she was not happy." Phoebe's work has always been very autobiographical.

This is an exclusive look inside Phoebe's stomach where one is likely to find pizza, oranges, tomatoes, and "one little piece of candy." She got it half right - we've never actually seen her eat an orange or tomato.
